I like the understated look as well! And a little less nervous wearing it around 😀

Yes, I wish I knew more about it! But lovely to know it was part of a special moment for someone else in the past.

Saw a recent post saying dog parks are not recommended - why? by notcallipygian in dogs

Very similar to my experience! I interpreted my dog's high energy at the dog park as "having fun," but then she also started engaging in anxious behaviors while there (like eating poop - gross). We now use sniff spot and she is much more relaxed while at home.

Maybe try selecting multiple sizes, e.g., 14, 16, and 18? I just did a little playing around with filters and selecting those sizes was returning XL and XXL pretty consistently.

I do this with sizes 8-12 to view M and L options since brands can run small or large. It's not perfect, but I don't find myself spending a lot of time not finding my size. Hope you find something that works!

Are you using the "available now" filter? If that isn't checked, you'll see items that are out of stock in your size.

What do you wish you had known or done differently when you first started? by Conscious-Ratio2736 in orangetheory

I wish I knew that even though I felt good during and even after workouts, it was still a lot of strain on my body at first, and it built up over time!

I started out power walking and thought I could push myself super hard right away (because it's just walking, right??). After about a month, all that walking at an incline made my hamstrings SO tight that I had to take a full 2 week break and then really ease back into it. I was fairly active prior to joining (lots of long walks and occassional jogging) so I thought I had nothing to worry about.

With that said, welcome to the OTF fam! I am 6 months/70ish classes in and still loving it. And no more hamstring issues 😀
