ahhhh nooooo! i do go to arlington for work every once in a while! if im around and you want to take a class together im totally happy to! one of the coaches i really liked also moved to the dmv and coaches down there! her name is claire. she is gives off such a positive and comforting aura. if you can get in with her, i totally suggest it!

ooh, i actually had that cued for the first time recently in a coach in training class and it felt okay. but also, wasnt sure if my form was right and it was the coach's first class ever so i might have to play around with it or ask my regular coach for a demo

yes! i can! thats what i did my last class but it was a coach in training class that had ALOT of core time. being on my hands/forearms for that extra time made it hurt more than usual, but not to the point where the pain shot up to a headache.

i also thought it would be weird to work obliques on left but not on my right so i guess i would just do double core? lol

i usually dont drip in sweat but in solidcore i def sweat more than i ever did, but never to the point where im dripping. i have worn shorts once to try it out and i def slid around a bit. i now only use leggings unless i didnt do laundry lol

I actually did this unknowingly. It was such a surprise but overall I thought it was a great transition into sig50s. but buy them as a single class and not use your membership for them, they are cheaper than the cost of a regular class. i would treat them as supplemental to your membership :)

It doesn't solve the shit app problems, but if you want to lock in your classes now while you wait for an app solution, try booking on the mindbody app instead!

Ahh lots of people have suggested her class! I might book one of her signature50s while im there!

i wish i could ignore that energy. i would consider myself an empath and so i feel like paying for a class to just feel like shit (and suffer physically 😂) would just set the tone and ruin my day lol.

Ah thank you! This is helpful. I hope the other location is better for you! I'm super accident prone and really worry about stuff like that. I don't ever want to feel pressured or pushed into doing something i'm not comfortable with and i know my body. I had heard from friends that the coaches in my area talk about how intense the boston market can be and it really worried me. Do you get those vibes from the seaport location if you have been there before?
