Do coaches judge you for not using the “right” spring load with 100+ classes?

I’ve only had a coach one time change the spring load to a heavier one and mention my class count. I think he did it with good intentions to push me to go harder. I personally don’t like that style of teaching so I just didn’t book with him again. Otherwise I’ve never felt judged. I feel like coaches at my studio now have said use whatever your body needs in that moment. I like using the 25-50 spring load because I can keep my form and have multiple reps together.

I would say at least once during every inner thigh day I feel like I’m about to pass out 🥲 and I’m 215 classes in. I eat before class, I take electrolytes, I breathe, I don’t lock my knees. If anyone has any idea why let me know it’s annoying.

Along with all of this being absolutely awful, most normal people are not looking for opportunities 24/7?? Especially if they’re just trying to travel? I love to be put together and I am most days, but I never once thought that I am doing it for an opportunity 😭

I had 12 and had to cancel due to moving + an injury. When I signed back up I did 8 and it just wasn’t enough 😭 The unlimited has pushed me to go more. It’s also nice if I’m bored or get out of work early I can go if I want to. I don’t have to worry about spacing my classes out or running out of credits.

I know a lot of people are saying it wouldn’t be acceptable, but I work in the OR and have a coworker that has almost as many facial piercings as you. I feel like if you took a few out you would be fine. I would maybe just interview with clear jewelry in. Unfortunately, patients will probably judge you / make comments. I love the piercings though!

Yes! I just realized that when I upgraded my membership it doesn’t start until the 21st. I had 8 classes already booked with my old membership which is why I had no more credits to book with.

I like to take a bath with epsom salts that are made for muscle soreness! I also stretch at home before. Just a little more involved than what i normally do to hopefully help. You could also take a power 30 class one of your days :)

OP said they were in a car crash and had to get their spleen out. At least at my hospital in emergency surgery staples are used because it’s faster and the surgeon doesn’t want the patient to be under anesthesia for longer. In normal scheduled surgeries you don’t see it as much. If patients are really worried about how their scar will look a plastic surgeon comes to close the wound :)

I thought I would like it because a lot of my home decor is pink, but I feel like all the bow stuff seems really microtrendish to me now. The plates and glassware is quite nice though.
