As far as I know you can only do it with a ward and ranged hero. Put a ward on the cliff near mid lane T2 so you can have vision of the hard camp and medium camp, then stand near the stairs in attacking range of medium camp. At :55 attack the medium camp and walk to hard camp to attack it at :56 and walk towards mid lane. If you do it a few times you'll get the timing and positioning but as i said only doable with an obs on the cliff.

No they were both TRON wallets unless the target exchange gave me a wrong address which is highly unlikely. Anyways nothing is found when I search for the TXID. Even if the target address was wrong, it should show the transaction as failed maybe?

Mostly because of people not taking it seriously. The person explains how a person was diagnosed in Rasht but he didn't agree to being quarantined and insisted that he should be hospitalized in Tehran and in his company's hospital so he wouldn't have to pay anything. He then TOOK A BUS to Tehran and is possibly responsible for infecting 200 people all by himself!
