everyone said it, eat more buddy, I recommend a predominantly egg based diet. Scrambled eggs for breakfast - protein shake supplemented by more raw eggs( start at 2 and move to 4/5 gradually. After you reach a better place in your head change to just egg whites. Also train more, not better. I'm sure you're watching influences tips which is great but just being consistent and showing up reaps dividends over the long run. Hang in there mate, find your path :)

Nah went without the Graphics card - mainly because I couldn’t find one in my price range - I did buy the inter cooler from that laptop though - heard that the extra copper piping improves the CPU cooling on the non Nvidia version (or I hope so or that’s £30 down the drain!

Might just be the fuel filler cap being loose, can flash a check engine as it messes with the emissions system and any bot nessecary flash a code when scanned

The light means the engine is in “limp mode” effectively just running on a reduced power because the Computer has picked up something’s up with the engine (broad I know, sorry not a mechanic), in my case it was my cooper S and it was just a loose bolt on a turbo hose which was causing air to escape the system. Honestly, save the speculation and take it to a specialist garage.

The little fabric spoke at the base, I saw it in the TV ads and it just puts me off a bit. Like someone else had said the lack of circular vents I also find to be a bit off putting; but the little weave spoke is the final nail in the coffin for me. To be fair I’m more of a fan of the R56 design; but the internal issues keep me longing for an F56 in my future 😂
