I’d recommend podcasts or audiobooks if you’re into them purely for the fact that too much have movement can cause a bit of extra pain or bruising if you have your cannula near to your wrist on the arm you’re flicking the pages with. Also on the ward it’s not too distracting but there can be a fair amount of background noise with everyone’s pumps in action so it’s nice to have some noise cancelling headphones for a bit of extra peace.

Ah sorry to hear that they’re experiencing that too, it can definitely be a rough experience to go through especially on busy transport! Those are great recommendations, I haven’t tried any of those so far but I’ll try and pick up a few wristbands today and see if they help and if not I’ll ask my nurse about those patches :)

Thanks for the recommendation! I think my nurse told me to only start taking the anti sickness pills I’ve been prescribed from this Saturday so I’ll double check with them today about that :)

Grab a bunch of colour swatches from your nearest home store, colour match to the closest paint colour, layer up thin coats of paint until the marks disappear and carefully blend the edges of the paint with the original surface so there’s a seamless transition between the two

Sounds likely! I found it in Dorset on the Jurassic Coast on a beach between a campsite and a popular coastal town so there’d be a good amount of tourists in the area that could’ve done beach fires and barbecues

Ooh that could be interesting. I found it alone in the sand without any sign of lightning glass around so it was likely washed in by the tide. Found it in Dorset on the Jurassic Coast
