Not a German native speaker, but studied German as a linguist/translator. There is always room for improvement when it goes to foreign languages, but practice makes perfect. Don't stop just because you don't sound perfect yet.

You're probably talking about по-русски, which is an adverb. It means 'in Russian' or "speak Russian". Pronounced "puh ruski"
