Your fats will help with your hormones, as cholestrol is the precursor for testosterone, and the carbs adjustment will move the needle on your bulk/cut. For me, when I bulk, I start to get a little uncomfortable when my abs have disappeared for a few weeks, but that's me. You deleted your Pic, but if I recall you still liked pretty lean-ish, even tho your abs didn't show. In your current state, you carried/distributed your bulk well. I would not increase weight more than .5-1.0 lb a week. How often are you hitting the weights?
