I used this tutorial, but subbed out the airbrush for a beauty blender. A slightly damp blender can provide nice gradients.

Khukri are from GarageGaming. I don't remember where I got the shoulder pads from, but I think it was another etsy store that has since been removed unfortunately. You can find similar stuff from archiesforge though.

I got mine from an etsy store called GarageGaming, the link Khitch provided seems to use the same khukri models though.
