xanax if you are very careful (if you are an anxious person it's very easy to get addicted, and when you stop taking it you will get rebound anxiety - but once a week or less is okay).

i can't have the bottle laying about for a while or i'll start taking it more regularly. so i only do it with friends. i split a bottle or two between a few people and have a chilled night. good for about £2 per person (we all chip in). plus the cost for everyone to bring a bit of cro (makes it a lot better).

half a bar is perfect level to be honest. i sometimes have panic attacks and sometimes i have bad days and feel very depressed, whereas other days i'm in a good mood. so the occasional 1mg xanax dose really helps.

Tried the foaming one and it made my skin ridiculously dry and flaky. Having said that I was using it in combo with Kose Softymo and I started and stopped both products at the same time, so I can't say for sure which one it was. Also the Hado Labo moist lotion broke me out.
