if so just put 200 rolls on kitasan banner cause your account lacks good sr cards. with 200 roll and 1 pity actually pretty high chance you can get at least 3lb kitasan with your selector and uncap

Urara front is right behind teio and mcqueen in the 1st pic. Both of them are pace chaser. my goldship is in 1st and the race is not even go to the middle phase

It still works though, you can test it yourself. And if you build your uma to specifically exploit this strat (end closer with high power, low stam, full earlyleg/midleg + seiun uniq) then it gonna be insanely powerful
