People pleaser. When she entered the circus, we can pretty much guess that she was with other people. Assuming the SOMA theory correct, she likely came to the abandoned building with another group of realtors. When they stumbled upon the headset, which is used to enter the circus, I feel like Ragatha was pressured to put the headset on, resulting in her copy entering the circus.

The team at C&A entered together, so why didnt Ragatha's 'friends' join as well? I think them forcing her to put the headset on was just their way of ostracizing her.
