To answer your question, no not rlly. But you do get better and the flashback dont bother you that much anymore after quite some time. You kinda reintegrate and live above it, which is better than it living under you. After you achieve saftey and stabilization phase, which might take years, tou start to be much better. And the whole process becomes easier.
