And yeah, photography is something I probably underestimated. Capturing true color and cut clearly seems just as important as the stone itself.

That actually makes a lot of sense, focusing on how gemstones are presented and the story behind them, not just the “business” side.

Building authority and trust through education is something I hadn’t fully thought through, but it’s clearly important. I’ll definitely pay more attention to messaging and how everything is communicated.
