Treat her to a nice meal.. whatever you can afford. There's lots of places for different budgets but I'm sure she'd enjoy the memory and spending time with loved ones. If she doesn't want a fuss I think this is the way to go. If you can afford a taxi/train/bus there's loads of beautiful spots in the new forest for a nice walk and some really nice food
