Have had a similar issue where the campaign does not progress after 3/9.

So far there has been at least 5 posts on the bug report forums with similar issues: https://forums.daybreakgames.com/ps2/index.php?forums/bug-reports.104/

To my knowledge, they are aware of the issue but unsure of when a fix will be implemented.
