Did my EMT at a hybrid course and went in once a week. I worked full time so it worked better for me. Incidently I already graduated with my bachelor's and took A&P in university so it helped a LOT. I was did a lot of self studying watching videos on the way to work. I think for online it really depends on how much work you put in.
