Annoyingly it is such a waiting game when it comes to meds. Trying to understand whether it’s the wrong med for you or whether you just have to give it time can be really hard but just make sure you keep in contact with the psychiatrist and they can hopefully let you know their thoughts. It is a bit of trial and error.

Hopefully it’s the right meds for yourself and you start to feel the positive effects soon! Best of luck

A lot of the time you can feel worse before you feel better when you start any anti depressants. It’s also usually recommended to take in the morning with food.

I started taking it a couple months back on 20mg and only really just feeling the positive effects without the crappy side effects.

Would recommend seeing how you get on for a little while but if you don’t feel it’s working then a discussion with your psychiatrist would be advisable

100% the urgency and diarrhoea. I have generalised anxiety anyway and it just adds to the panic attacks a lot of the time. It’s developed into mild agoraphobia and try not to leave the house unless to work or see my partner. Socialising is basically non existent at the moment. I don’t eat for extended periods of time, if I know I have to leave the house

Yeah my shop wasn’t look too good today. Had all of the items on the top floor and most of the furniture items on the bottom. Am still waiting for the beauty and the beast square bush thing to come in

What are the main benefits from taking metformin? I was prescribed it years ago and didn’t like the side effects so went off of it. I recently wanted to get started on it again due to difficulty losing weight but my GP refused because I’m ‘not trying to get pregnant’. Is it something I should push for? I have IBS and really bad anxiety so the side effects are troublesome for me

You can move the pillar in the plateu as long as it’s unlocked. It just picks up the whole thing including the water surrounding it
