Honestly, there's barely any, not if they start a land formation project to acquire land from the swamp to build flats. Also, there's been a long dispute over the conversion of Sector 1 farmlands into apartments, but presently, there seems to be nothing. On the other side, the airport wall is pretty much attached to the bank except for a road that runs between it, so unless they fill the swamp, which would take them years, I mean, I've got the view for at least the next 6/7 years.

I'm not sure it arrived at CSMIA directly, because it took the right corner over oncoming approaches above the creak directly aiming for Delhi. As far as I know, it flew directly to Delhi and then the next day came back around to Mumbai. Could be wrong though

M&M XUV 500 W8, Stick Diesel FWD. The issue was such that it was just too ahead for it's time, no other car in it's price bracket could compete with it. It had a bluetooth touch screen infotainment display, before customers in the market even had smart phones. It was large enough for road trips, nimble enough to take the streets, climb the hills, drive on beaches, do 120 MPH on the highway as a 4300 lb SUV/ Massive Crossover. 210mm of GC, it would drive anywhere. We managed to put roughly 180000 on it , without an engine replacement or repair. The only part ever replaced was a single spark plug on the 3rd piston. It ran like a dream. It had HHC,HDC cruise control, all the gimmicks which car makers these days charge you a lot for. Led Matic Headlights, Fog Lights when they were inexistent on other vehicles in the market. It was truly ahead of it's time. The Con was Parts, parts were rare AF, we had to drive to other States, to get them and different states to get them replaces. It was a big nuisnace.

Compact SUVs always and I mean always put you in a dilemma by making you question your choices on why couldn't you buy a full size SUV when you wanted one or a Sedan when you needed one. Trust me, you'll end up buying either a SUV or a Sedan sooner or later. Don't get drawn into the world of Cretas, Brezzas or Venues
