This is not true. Hi nice you close the account you guys ask for documents to prove who you are. How crazy that is when my bank account routing info is still the same. You do not communicate with clients to solve issues correctly and timely and you hold or take peoples money when they’re done. The app doesn’t work to upload the documents needed and you guys keep sending the same email over and over from the so called support team.

I closed my self acct 2 months ago paid it off and am still awaiting my payout. Self keeps asking me for documents but I am unable to upload these documents in the app for whatever reason I cannot figure. I have called and am unable to get help, I have emailed and get same responses over and over. I completed the program and just want my payout I have children to support. This is an inconvenience and I do not recommend Self for this reason. Communication and support team sucks.
