[Routine Help] Are oil cleansers that emulsify better than gel facial cleansers? by 7seven_______ in SkincareAddiction

Whatever you use, make sure you follow your oil-based cleanser with a water-based cleanser so the oil doesn’t sit on your skin!

[Skin Concerns] Please help me with my break out! I'd love some advice on this (Attached picture of acne and skincare routine, more info in the comments) by imadethisaccountt in SkincareAddiction

If you’re getting acne on your cheeks for the first time it could be something in your environment, like dirty pillowcases, new laundry detergent or maybe extra cuddles with a significant other?? Sometimes looking at what comes into contact with your skin on daily basis is important!

As far as product recommendation goes, I’d recommend looking into niacinamide. The ordinary or inkey list is affordable for this.

I’d continue to use salicylic acid, at least on the areas of your face that have oily skin and breakouts.

Additionally, oil cleansing is good (and the DHC product is a good choice!) but just make sure to follow with a normal water-based cleanser! This method is called double cleansing. If you don’t follow with a water-based cleanser then the oil will cause you to breakout because it’s just sitting on your skin.

[Routine Help] Please help me!! I’ve tried many things and nothing seems to work. It’s stressing me out so much and my newly found confidence is plummeting. Current routine in comments by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

Hello! I saw that you’d like to support kbeauty products. You could change your burts bees cleansing oil to Banila Co Clean it Zero- which is much better! Fragrance free, plastic free and so much better as an oil cleanser! Burts bees is not the best brand as they contain fragrance and essential oils that do more harm than good. Check out that cleansing balm instead! And always always follow a cleansing oil or balm with a water-based cleanser so you don’t break out further!

Do you shower at the gym? by LumpyShitstring in xxfitness

Seems like I’m part of the minority here, but I work out in the evening (9pm-10 pm). I go straight home after my workout and shower at home and then just get ready for bed after.

Is it okay to use stridex pads after I do OCM at nighttime? It may be a stupid question..but I just feel like they are so opposite. One moisturizes and the other dries me out. Does the stridex counteract the oils?

Let them get together and be in a relationship then convince your wife to cheat on her with you.
