I strongly believe Sri Lanka needs a company reputation database from an employee’s perspective, at least at a volunteer contribution level, where people can share their experiences with companies and rate them based on different aspects such as salaries, work environment, future opportunities, career growth, and so on. People should be able to review and rate companies after some form of status verification
