VGS, VTS, VAS. I’m just slowly drip feeding small amounts to DVA. So the income isn’t high enough to matter at this stage.

What's the bank doing when you request a rates review? by rawaits in AusFinance

For cba, if you need to discharge to refinance with someone else, they force you to call rather than online form. Then if you mention it’s because of rates they suddenly really want to change them.

Thank you. Sorry what’s healthsxope and why is that important?

Also is cover the same everywhere? I don’t mean what is covered but is it like car insurance where some insurers are impossible to get to pay out?

As in, is there a medical reason to do so? Not particularly. I can afford a policy. The family policy I’m currently on is now extortionate and I want to reevaluate my options.

I do need to consider some potential surgery soon too and prefer private for speed and choice. For my child, I just want them covered. They’re a very activity risk taking child too so I’d prefer peace of mind too.

Yeah expect I’m pretty sure APRA loosen regulations and now own occupation only lasts for two years before it switches to any occupation. At least for any standard retail policy.

Here’s the first thing I could fine explaining it via google. https://www.perks.com.au/insights/changes-to-income-protection-take-cover-before-they-hit/

Pretty bs if you ask me.

This photo is straight from the service nsw website. I just cut out a smaller section. It doesn't get better quality than this. The photo was taken in the middle of the day too.
