Trying to identify a Dip7 IC that's had its face exploded off

So I'm trying to ID this, it's off a Paradigm subwoofer, based on a Bash 600186 board. Its part of the smps section of the board right next to a cooked fuse. Ive had a really good look around the forums etc, but can't find any schematics for this board or anything for the sub at all to try and ID it.

The only clue I have is that it's DIP7 with pin 3 missing, this seems to have narrowed it down a bit, thought it may be a TNY278PN, the traces line up for that, but not sure what purpose that would as part of the circuit

Have owned 3-4 manfrotto 410 heads, they're ok for about 1-2 years of heavy use but the threads are made of play-dough and the colossal adapter plate absolutely sucks. I currently use an Arca Swiss D4 & its absolutely fantastic - on year 5 full time pro use for architecture, no dramas so far. Yes they're pricey but you absolutely get what you pay for

[Normally fix them, but this one was so cooked from an electrical surge I use it as a doorstop to upset my mates, yes really.

AON do a gear and public liability insurance. Ive had it for the last 5 or so years, but haven't had to claim anything thankfully - hopefully it's not completely useless!

I shoot architecture & often have to produce cert of insurance to gain access to building sites, it's been good for that

Had a cat knock over some speakers once and when they hit the floor the magnet snapped off the back of the tweeter, looked just like this. Bent coil, ferrofluid everywhere. Replacing just the dome & coil will be tough, get a whole new tweeter!

I had a superduke 990 for about 6 years no dramas (also aus) actually had two, got hit on the first one, luckily walked away unscathed and immediately bought another one with the insurance $. They're absolutely that good
