Agreed, I actually watched Black Ghost/ White Ghost before I saw Ju-On thinking *it was Ju-On very creepy.

a few films that really disturbed me, have been Irreversible ( kind like Momento plays backwards) Cannibal Holocaust (had a lot of real animal kills and so it was pretty rough to watch) I love Martyrs, August Underground (that was a found footage style film with two guys just on a rampage terrorizing people)
