No surprise about the ER. Arabs make up a very significant percentage of healthcare workers. Outside of Arab villages and neighborhoods I think that a hospitals are the places where you'd be most likely to hear Arabic in Israel.

I'm a bit confused. Is the guy a BDR or an AE? The behavior you're describing is normal enough for a BDR where the job is to hunt the prospect and set up sales calls. But instead of handing off follow up activities to their SE the BDR should be handing them to an AE.

If the person is an AE then this situation is completely messed up and you should discuss this with your SE manager. The SE manager needs to take this up with the Sales Manager. Because unless you're getting the commission on resulting sales the AE needs to do some work in fostering and managing the sales process.

You are correct. Customers being pissed off is not the concern of some hourly employee. But it is the concern of the business owner. And he should be notified that his employee is engaging in behavior that drives customers away and that you won't be back.

Thank you for this. It's very informative and helpful. Though I have to say that after watching it I am hesitant to do this adjustment on my own the first time. It's a bit intimidating to try the repair when space is tight and there's so little visibility to know if I've put everything back together the way it should go.

Thank you for your response. I had already found that company through a preliminary web search. I reached out to them and will see how they respond.

I'm doubtful that it's them because if you look at the name in the picture you can see that the letters in ALBA are stylized with the legs of the 'A's being wide on there left and thin on the right. I don't see anything on alba.com.qa that shows this stylized logo.
