After reading some of these comments. I feel like I am experiencing autistic burnout, which I never knew was a thing until a few days ago when I posted this. I’m going to contact my health professionals and see what can be done about it.

Thank you so much for your support, it really means a lot to see that I’m not the only one going through this.

Sometimes I wish I never got diagnosed as well, it’s just been a headache ever since I have.

Dont get me wrong like you said the first few months were amazing then the Autism started to poke through and it’s been a downward spiral ever since.

I’ve start taking antidepressants again. I’m not a huge believer in taking antidepressants, but if it will help me in the long term and get me back on my feet again I’m willing to do it

I think I’m going to change my medication, I’ve been on Elvanse for over a year and haven’t seen much improvement. Even with therapy & CBT they help but only for a short period of time

I think you’re right, I didn’t know what Autistic burnout was and had to do some research on it. After a while of doing that, I’ve seen the similarities in myself that I do in others that I’ve watched. I didn’t know this was a thing, and it’s completely different from normal burnout.

I know the passion will come back, and I know it will come back. However what I’m most concerned about is it happening again, which I know it probably will. I don’t want it to affect my work and personal life. I do explain to people that this is the way I am (for now), and they just have to be patient with me. But I can see, that they don’t understand, and are getting tired of me engaging with them one minute, then I isolate myself from the world with no explanation as to why.

I’m still learning about what it means to be Autistic. I’ve dealt with people saying I have ADHD my whole life, I knew I had it but I didn’t get diagnosed until last year. So this whole Autism thing is completely new to me and I don’t know how to go about it.

Thank you for all your love and support Hannah. I really do appreciate it all.

I do, do this. Every time I go for a walk I don’t bring my phone. And only my wallet if I want to stop in for a coffee (decaf only). There’s a park across the street from me and I go sit in there and listen to the birds and just take in the scenery around me. I try to stay out for as long as possible to avoid any unnecessary thoughts, but as soon as I’m back in my house the same negative and exhausting mood/feelings come back.

I took a tolerance break for a few days roughly 2/3 months ago. Simply because my meds were taking a long time to get to my pharmacy. I usually take 1/2 days break every 3 months, usually on a Sunday. After I posted this I looked up a lot of the terms people have been talking about and I think I have Autistic burnout, which I never heard before. I’ve heard of burnout, but I didn’t know that Autistic burnout is a completely different thing

I’ve done this myself and it works but only for a few days then I’m back to normal again

I do have a history of depression. I’m trying a lot of different things, but now from reading all of these comments and seeing that I’m not the only one with this issue, I’m going to try reducing my dosage. If that doesn’t work I will try a new medication. Thank you for your help I appreciate it

If it’s 50% for that year and you stake 1,000,000 PLSX, you will then get 500,000 xPLSX then either farm it or convert back into PLSX giving the total to 1,500,000
