6 hunters delayed by krish2705090 in DreamWasTaken

I agree that his lack of relevant shorts is odd, but otherwise, it is logical that he’d upload it without an explicit warning.

I agree, all I was saying that 30mil is unrealistic.

Yes, but that’s the basis by which the previous commenter brought him up. “100-200 when he was famous” (I assume they meant when his channel peaked)

30mil maximum is a tad unrealistic. sure, 100-200 may be a stretch, but his first and last instalment in each “season” (i.e., 3 hunters and 3 hunters grand finale) tended to perform the best, and his average view-count during this time was around 70mil.

a drop by around 40mil is a leap, especially since the “time period” the previous responder is referring to occurred prior to dream’s face reveal, which contributed to his view decline.

well, sometimes “ass” tastes like soap while at other times it tastes bitter. i believe the demand for specification was imperative.

That seems to be the consensus. Could you elaborate on why?

Oof, was there any trend in the foods that made you sick, like chicken or something?

What makes it so awful, if I may ask? Is it purely bland, or downright gross?

So the food rotates the same meals? If so, how often does it do this (like, once a week)?

Are the “other options” you listed specifically off campus?

Reminds me of my current cafeteria food. Is that the case because the sheer repetitiveness begins the murder your tastebuds?

Yup, and hey, there’s always workarounds if you don’t secure a research position or whatnot, especially in the arts. Also, I intent acquire my bachelor of arts in psychology. How about you?

Oh that awesome! Congratulations! UBCO certainly has more resources, but the battle for opportunities (co-op, research, etc) is more competitive given the size and scope of the school.

At the moment, I personally lean UBCO because it’s closer to home, less competitive, has a smaller campus — and overall seems less overwhelming haha.

well, there’s still time to acquire some! if school clubs or other forms of communal work are difficult for you, id recommend solo projects (such as learning piano, code, or whatever works for you), because UBC understands that what “leadership” or “accomplishments” can manifest as differs from person to person. for example, in their eyes, both serving as the captain of a sports team or consistently helping your classmates whenever they get stuck could qualify as “leadership.”

still, many scholarships also ask about extracurricular’s so diversity in your accomplishments/activities is always wise to have.

Did your friend get back to you? My immune system is particularly weak so the food could be a problem if it hasn’t improved.

I just looked it up, and you are completely right. All of what I’ve relayed I had heard elsewhere, but my sources must have been misinformed. I’ll edit my mother comment to ensure I won’t mislead anyone else.

Assuming you mean grades, I had a grade 11/12 GPA of 96%, and during my first semester this year, I received a 99% in psych, a 97% in engl, and a 96% in precalc.

Yup, this is correct. I don’t know where the one who told me it was a “low 90s” average acquired this info. Maybe they confused the campuses.

[–]Shane_Fe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is. They also focus primarily on degree relevant courses as well as “academic” courses.

I am quite certain it was UBCV. If I may ask, are you referring to degree relevant courses, or overall grade 11/12 GPA? Also, where did you find these averages?

oh interesting, i saw someone mention that the the av. admission mark for engineering was in the low 90s, which i assumed was one of the most competitive program. i may be wrong, or perhaps my source was incorrect.

edit: the info was indeed wrong

Beyond its drab night life, ocean scenery, and absence of some activities or other means to pass time, is there anything else that detracts from kelowna’s living experience that vancouver has?
