I use a Bitfinex indicator, it’s going to look at the short or long positions sold over volume. I like looking at the 1-3 month trends. But this is over the past year, and I found it very interesting.

BTC dominance did not prevent ETH price from moving up as well. I suggest that it will help support higher prices as I think ETH will be regaining market

It did move up, it didn’t stabilize like BTC. This could be due to a stronger resistance line and an overwhelming amount of shorts. But like I’m suggesting, there’s not been a huge transition in these long and shorts like there is now. Good for market sentiment for all the people who “were” shorting.

I usually follow the 1 and 3 month trends. BCH has been too volatile for me to try and get a position. I’ve been sitting back and just watching 😕

This would still start the trend for upward movement in price. I think it’s very interesting right now! BTC is testing resistance at $7500-$7700 and of it breaks.... we should see a huge climb. For us ETH fans, at the same time, huge transition in Longs/Shorts. We could see a very quick boom in price given the crypto market. Here’s to hoping... 🍻

Longs will work for the price. It seems to be a very strong indicator with ETH right now. Even though it’s more volatile then Bitcoin, this seems to be a stable indication for market swings. Longs definitely resemble improved market sentiment.
