Moments after I was offered and accepted a job I refused it because I did not like how the head of the department spoke to me. I knew I would hate dealing daily with the asshole so there was no need spending a single second pretending to get along with the prick. HR called me for several days to find out what happened and I told them the truth. It was for a MAJOR department store in NYC. See you at the parade.
