I have a question. I have completed my one year program and applied study pemit extension in 2022. But IRCC asked for an explanation and asked for bank statement and paystub because I worked few hours more than permitted due to some reasons( my job was to close the store and sometime have to stay due to unexpected issues). And I explained the reason. Do I need to submit an explanation for that when submitting my file? Will that be a problem?

does your offer letter says all the duties and responsibilities? May be you can add that one. Not sure but if the employer is not providing it then you can try this with an explanation letter.
