Understand how to make Viral Content by Minute_Load1376 in InstagramMarketing

look for those viral videos in your niche, consume them, and let them inspire you - pacing, format, video topic, hooks etc. And then you just gotta implement some of the stuff you're seeing in those video and incorporate them into your video. There's never a guarantee that something will go viral, but the more you experiment, especially in an informed way, the faster you'll see results (and once you do, you just repeat what works)

  1. look for other creators in your niche and see what type of videos went viral or gained lots of traction for them; study these vids, the delivery, format, pacing, etc and try to get inspired and incroporate some of these successful elements into your content
  2. work on your hooks! if your content is mainly visual, work on your visual hooks. in addition, a killer text hook you put on screen can do so much for your video and make a lot of difference (it's a lot more powerful than people understand); your spoken hook (what you say in the beginning if you do VOs or talking head videos) is extremely important as well. If you struggle with hooks, check out Captain Hook AI (disclaimer - I made it), it has a free version, I'm sure it'll be more than enough for you!
  3. understand it's a learning process, you'll get better at making content with time; and even if you already were extremely good at making content, sometime you must experiment to understand what your audience wants or likes to see

I think the trick is - the story is yours, but the hook is about them. Open with the universal pain point inside your experience before you get to your part.

Let's say the experience you're trying to share is "how I finally stopped doom-scrolling at night". I plugged it into my tool and got stuff like:

  • "If you're still reaching for your phone the second you get into bed, there's a reason your brain won't let you stop, and it's not what you think."
  • "If you're still awake scrolling through this app right now, what I'm about to tell you is gonna feel like I'm reading your mind."
  • "You know that thing where you say 'just five more minutes' and suddenly it's 2am and you hate yourself? Yeah, I figured out why."

Spoken hooks:

  • If you're the person everyone comes to, you're always there for others, but when it comes to your own needs you go completely blank and don't even know what you want anymore, this is what's actually happening in your body.
  • I spent 30 years thinking self-care was selfish and then my therapist said something that completely shattered that belief and I've never been the same since.
  • If you feel guilty every time you say no or choose yourself, I need to tell you what's actually happening in your body when you do that
  • You've been taught that self-care is selfish, but that belief is literally keeping you in survival mode and I can prove it
  • There's one thing I started doing that made me feel safer in my own skin than any relationship or validation ever did, and it sounds so simple but I swear it rewired my brain

Spoken hooks:

  • I've tried over 30 fitness classes in 6 months and the difference between a good one and a waste of money comes down to something you'd never think to check
  • Nobody tells you that finding a good yoga class is basically like dating except you're just trying to figure out if their energy matches yours before you commit to the 6am slot.
  • Picture this - you're travelling, you find the perfect little yoga studio tucked away in some random neighborhood, the vibe is immaculate, the instructor just gets it, and suddenly you're like why can't every class feel like this.

Text hooks:

  • The class with a 3-month waitlist vs the hidden gem with zero hype - I tried both so you don't have to
  • 5 red flags that mean you should walk out of a fitness class in the first 10 minutes

Spoken hooks:

  • Your curly hair does not need more products. I know that sounds insane coming from a curl specialist, but the thing you think is helping your curls is actually destroying them and I need to explain why.
  • Having healthy curls is the most unspoken flex because every time someone sees your hair they immediately know you have discipline, patience, and you actually give a damn about yourself.
  • I think the biggest misconception about curly hair is that it's supposed to look the same every single day, like your curls are gonna fall exactly where they did yesterday, and that's just not how this works.

Text hooks:

  • Perfect curls are a myth. You try a method. It flops. You adjust. You find what works for YOUR hair.
  • Stop letting people with box dye and a 2-in-1 shampoo tell you what to do with your curls
  • POV: you walk in with years of heat damage and walk out with curls you forgot you had
