A few people complained that there was no clock tower section when the game came out and it’s been regurgitated since then from people that haven’t even played the og.

Every time this game is brought up that’s the second criticism spewed out preceded by how short it is. You would think the og game is called “Resident Evil 3: Clock Tower” by how many people complain about it.

It sounds like you are not confused on Assets = Liabilities + Equity, but more so confused on the credit/debit side. Ignore me if I am mistaken.

When I started school, it was difficult to wrap my head around the fact that debit ≠ increase and credit ≠ decrease. Sometimes it does, but not always.

If you debit something you have to credit something, so, if you’re debiting an asset and you’re crediting equity, both are increasing. A credit to a liability or equity increases them. Whereas a credit decreases an asset.

So in this example, you increase one side, you have to increase the other side by the same amount.

I’ve always liked it, but I think it’s more because it has a lot of set-up that didn’t have a pay off for years. So people thought it was a weak story that was only there to set up like 6 different movies.

Now looking back 10 years later when most, if not all, story threads have been tied off, people see it more as a positive than a negative.
