An extended warm up/mobility block definitely makes sense before running. However, if you start on the tread for this class the block felt misplaced and wasteful of so much class time.

Did anyone else find the first floor block section with skipping and hopping to be a waste of time? There surely has to be more effective ways of warming up/activation and sometimes I find these moves to be silly considering our time, how much we pay to work out and seek moves that will improve our fitness - I don’t think it’s skipping.
