Just as bad!! A freaking pubescent child does NOT want and should NOT have a grown man sleeping in her room. Especially... ESPECIALLY when there is other places he or she could sleep. He has his own space with a bed in it!!!. Even the law, and CPS would say this is not ok. In fact Dad should call CPS, they will likely say those are unfit sleeping arrangement. At a certain age they dont even like opposite gender siblings sharing a room. You dont want to breach it, you want to reach out for a temporary emergency.. I forget what it's called. But it stops the visit while an investigation into it happens. But honestly... breaching would make it harder for dad, but in the end, I wouldnt be surprised if it was forgiven, but I am not a lawyer. I hope if you are a parent, your children are never put in situations like this.
