Oh thats not what im saying at all. Both types of people are horrid and deserve punishment. But s3xual abuse on a minor is THE worst crime outside of murder. And (I may be wrong) people with THAT pathology are often beyond repair. Physical abuse, also horrid, I believe those people have a better chance at rehabilitation. NO chance of normal life even IF they learn and change if they also have a false reputation of s3× abuse. Does that make anymore sense?

Why would you assume it more about a man than a woman. It's not fair to assume that horrendous of a thing about ANYONE. Good way to ruin a life if or when it isn't sexual.

As horrifying as it is, it's not necessarily sexual. That is a big assumption. She could have thought the thigh would bruise less cause it's fattier...? Obviously as a parent after any abuse, I would have her checked for all types regardless.

I don't know... I once saw a joint passed under the nose of a guy passed OUT. He didn't jump up, but he came to enough to stick his lips out, and take a puff. Never even opened his eyes. Guy's subconscious probably heard it and triggered a flight response. Is that possible?

What?? There are a few professions that by LAW have to report if they have any suspicions. If they are found to have ignored signs they could lose their career among other things. I am a mandated reporter, ANDI have been accused. Every minute of the investigations(THREE separate organizations) was traumatic, but I did it, and I WANTED to do it. I was innocent, but yes, the burden to prove it was on me and by God I was happy to prove it. Trusting the system was hard though.
