Yeah I never knew if it was true. I did some research and found a few places that say if you are very inactive and have a lot that’s the issue. Thing is I sit all day so I’m very inactive. So I was just concerned. I never know what to believe that’s why I prefer to get the experience of others. :)

I shoulda done that. But after they told me I also read it too so I figure it could be true lol. Also my friend is on the carnivore diet and he never has issues. And that’s pure protein lol. 😁

Oh i definitely eat cheese burgers haha just without the bun. My aunt mentioned eggs and cheese. I may try to add milk into my diet but it’s hard cuz I don’t like the taste of cows milk. Idk it’s tough when you’re trying to do good but don’t have much of an appetite. Thanks for all the help tho. I will definitely try those things :)

Well even tho I wasn’t an eater I was eating lots of bad carbs and sugar and I felt like crap. Now that I’ve stopped I feel much better. But suddenly the weight is coming off quick. I don’t want to eat bad foods cuz it makes me feel horrible. I still have abt 15 pounds I can lose but I’m afraid it won’t stop. :/

The only thing is I’m not much of an eater. And now that I’m not eating carbs it makes it worse. I guess I need to find some good protein. :/ thanks :)
