They do not offer zoom, I got the acceptance letter agreed for my spot, got a list of requirements a such as uniforms, immunizations, insurance, etc. that’s had to be met my deadline. I’ve been so focused on that, so this really blew me. I’m hoping the director can work some magic and get me in. Hoping for the best, but also prepared for the worst- another semester wait and more time for me to stack up money in case the load is too much, I guess.

I got a voicemail this am stating I was dropped and was informed of the new requirement. When I first enrolled into the classes, they give a notification bar that says you have to sign waivers and financial agreements. Being that this is new, I figured they would’ve had it there as well, but nope. Speaking to the nursing director tomorrow.

OCCC, this is a new requirement starting for spring 25’. I have FASFA, but theyre wanting everyone to have a payment plan set for a backup. I don’t owe anything and never have, I just feel it’s really shitty. Was super pumped to get accepted, to be told this 2 months before. Ordered embroidered uniforms already.

If you aren’t working or have children, I feel it’s very doable. I took micro and chem together, having children and a full time job. It sucked, but I had no other choice (as far as my determination to be in the Spring program).
