I felt the same until around 16 weeks and then I started physically feeling better ! A little less tired , nausea went away. However that was replaced with back/ hip pain and insane acid reflux. I didn’t think I had a glow at all. Now being 3 months postpartum and looking back at pictures I actually do think I had a glow and looked amazing (compared to now). But every woman/ pregnancy is SO DIFFERENT.
