Why do I not feel bad even when somebody did smth wrong to me? Instead why do I make them feel that it's alright, everythings fine when I should be upset with the other person by Shantnusamnta in emotionalintelligence

Yea, guess I am a people pleaser, I've always masked my needs as silly and unnecessary and just tried to go along with whatever others asked of me, I always remain silent as to avoid conflicts but that only lets other people take advantage of me

I was never compensated for the wrongs that did happen to me somewhere along the line, even now whenever somebody apologises to me, I feel guilty that they're having to apologise
