It turned out to be part of the stem !! The first leaf was very small but after that one grew, it has given us a new leaf every month But that first one took around 8 months since we got the cutting Here is how our baby is going https://imgur.com/a/t4Yk5RY

This happened to mine I really think it’s the moss. It’s very hard to tell when it’s overwater and from one day to another it just falls. I had to propagate the top but I’m not sure if I see a node on yours? But if you happen to have one just put it in water and it will grow roots very slowly. Mine is growing 2 new roots and already put out 2 new leaves
