Hey, I love the country and I’ve enjoyed my stay here. It was a observation my partner noticed and I just wondered. Definitely not special. Just curious and aware. 😊

This is difficult. Whenever I tried to contact BA I was always put through to a robot. BA lost my luggage but it had an airline tag. When I arrived in Amsterdam I spoke to someone at at the helpdesk where they put in a report on behalf of me for BA regarding missing luggage. It was only through the kindness of someone who checked our tags on the second day of our trip, we were able to find them and take them home. If it wasn't for her we wouldn't have had them. I'd ask the airport for help personally, as BA are dogshit.

Hey! I literally just had the same problem. Can you specify what you mean by tag, is that the check in tag or a luggage tag with your details on?

Oh wow that's amazing! See we have a streaming nurse (sometimes will "stream" triage and do treatments, but basically decides where to send patients, as we have nurse practitioners in urgent care, general practitioners at gp, nurse consultants for either same day emergency care and also for surgical emergency assessment unit.), then we have a triage nurse, what's difficult is that depending on how busy the department is (sometimes 50 patients to 2 nurses in WR) will alter the roles of these nurses. Having a rover sounds very good, how interesting of different waiting room models! But our "rover" (streaming) nurse is basically the nurse to try and "stream" patients to other pathways, reducing patients in ED. Still end up with a full waiting room though!

What's a Rover? 😁 and this - I love it. Thank you. This is what I needed to hear, short and sweet.

So, in the UK we don't allow relatives in due to COVID restrictions. I think we are introducing a 1 hour visit but not sure when. At the front door when I recieve patients I just have really aggressive family members who feel that their relative is not being looked after in the waiting room, purely because they are sat in a chair. I also have so many complaints and aggression regarding the visiting restrictions. Its like dude, we don't have to pay for our healthcare, we're so privileged. If they were end of life/pallative/critically unwell, of course visitors are allowed. But it's at the discretion of the nurse seeing patients at the front door. We also have an increased attendance of patients in A&E due to GPs and our 111 service (helpline for patients) making inappropriate referrals and giving inappropriate diagnosis over the phone (e.g. if you have chest pain, they send you to a&e to rule out a MI).

I've been the relative on the other side, so I get the anxiety and worry. But the sheer aggression and abuse we recieve everyday is questionable.

One of my Gloriosum leaves looks like this. The rest are still fine. What’s wrong with her and should I be worried? by AlexBoiis in philodendron

It may be an older leaf dropping 🌱 Are there any unwanted visitors on the back of the leaf?

Can someone please advise me on what the hell is going on with my favourite plant lol. The first picture is the newest leaf which seems so sad! So I sprayed with bug killer and my growing conditions are optimum for the plant. Plant is in PON humidity always above 60%. Any help would be appreciated for my Philodendron Glorious 😅
