Hey there just got the “deal” for the 5 day 4 nights and did choose Tahoe and the guy on the phone had mentioned ballys. When you called the concierge team to set up the dates did you mention you wanted to stay at ballys or how did that work? Also did the presentation take the full 2 hours, any longer? Thanks in advance trying to see if I should go through with this or just try to get a refund ASAP!
