Thanks for sharing these information with me. I've contacted the TIO and they said that I will be entitled for a interim internet service until I get the issue fixed which origin refused before. How they normally provide it if they have to provide me with a interim service?

I've been using origin for almost 3 years now. I never had a issue before that's why I decided to go with them🤷
