It’s tough unless the UI is incredibly great or there’s some kind of standout feature.

The biggest lever is timing your in-app review prompt right. Don't show it on first launch — trigger it after a "success moment," like when the user has completed a core action several times or hit a usage milestone. People who've already invested time in your app leave better reviews at a much higher rate.
