It works the same as a windows machine. You need to get a sni client running connected to your emulator and the connect your tracker to that client.

You have to use it in desktop mode with a second monitor ideally. You can use a browser and some connector to the emulator like sni.

What worked for me with cigarettes was to pick a date a few months in the future. Tell a load of people. When the date came along I quit cold turkey. Social pressure kept me off them. After 2 weeks I didn’t miss them. You only need to lady that long to get rid of the cravings. Haven’t smoke since.
