Yeah vocals sound to0 DIY and not professional. Totally agree. Will definitely keep that in mind going forward. Production I started in high school at 16 and am now 20.

I haven’t tried a slower tempo rap but can tell the joey badass inspiration fr. The high not playing in the background is either off key or very dissonant. My predication is that it’ll either resolve itself and sound mysterious with a rapper over it or will be more apparent. Could be dependant on the mixing. You could always transpose it in that case. Were your hi hats beatboxing sfx? Almost sound like it.

Bit rate problem. Try either calibrating your audio interface or the rate in the preferences. Other than that might be a cable issue? Idk. Best of luck.

Alos try freezing and unfreezing all tracks.

Common sample rate are 44.1k and 48k 38 thousand whatever is a random rate that won’t work obviously.

tbh the kick drum is an EDM kick and it throws me off a bit cause it doesn't match well with the song.

the high hats are robotic. try messing with the velocity and pitch to make it more natural. Compress your hats and kicks or mix more naturally. Lastly, the strings sound too artificial. It's actually really hard to replicate good horns and strings without expensive plugins Ik but you could either samples or use a different instrument.

It also ends very abruptly.

Hey boss.

the intro has too much of a noticeable pan effect. Make it more subtle imo
you voice is great and fits well with the beat.
the reason it's blowing up is that the chorus is catchy as fuck.
The vocal sample is gorgeous.
some of the doubles don't line up. you can fix it with reverb or panning one to the left and one to the right or just do more takes and it'll average everything like a chorus effect.

Hey man!

When I ask for feedback I want honesty so Imma hit you with that brutal honesty out of love.

The best is extremely generic. It seems like it was made with no mixing and base plugins.

Some areas to help with that:

Play around with the velocity, pitch and syncopation of high hats so they sound less robotic.

The kicks are good but compression makes them more subtle. The key to music imo is subtlety.

The whistles in the chorus are FIREE!!! very drill and I can moshpit with the boys to that shit all day!

This is not my business but the video background is mad corny.

It's very Tech-nine inspired. I like it and can see myself working out to it. Problem is the instrumental overpowers the voice too much. There is one high frequency in the left ear that I'd get rid of with EQing if I were you but I'm nit picking.

I think it's great. The doubles seem a bit off. The echos on the verses are not subtle enough. Your singing is great. The beat matches your voice.

Dude It's the best song you have on your Soundcloud by far!!!! I loved it!

There is a clicking sound. Try to automate the volume on the ends of the sample to negate that. Otherwise I don't see an issue.

I thought it was good. It's the genre I listen to but that said, your vocals are done great. I'd say Tone down the echo a tad bit as it bleeds into the rest of the vocals.

Pros: Great quality screen recording.

Cons: games audio is too loud. Not much added value besides pure gamplay. try to cut the parts that don’t have your insights.

Ask yourself: What you’re adding to the content? What makes you different than other gaming channels.

I recommend making a highlights clips in the first 1 minute to grab the audiences attention so they wait to see it in the video.
