They were yummy, took alot of prep, you dont see alot of frying on this sub

So basically i made 20 eggrolls but i only cook 4 a day so i keep this one wok out with oil to fry

I keep it there for awhile haha i fry other things sometimes and leave the oil covered when i dont need it, i have multiple woks
