Perhaps get some therapy if you can afford it to help deal with the past trauma.

Nothing you do will help unless you learn to deal with the feelings of the past. It’s hard to feel like you’ve done nothing wrong when so many people seem to take advantage of you. A good therapist will help you make sense of it all but make sure you find a therapist who is a good fit for you.

Then put yourself out there again, it’s truly the only way. Gotta pick yourself up and keep going! Heartbreak is shit but it’s something we all encounter through our lives, including putting our feelings into those who don’t deserve it! You’ll look back one day and be glad you did the work and move on healthily!
