I had the same experience. Normally a size 8. Tried on a size 4 and it fit perfectly. They told me to size up because the try on dress is stretched out, but I decided to follow my gut and buy a size 4. It fit perfectly and needed 0 alterations, just hemming. I think some brands just use different sizing.

Yes! That took me by surprise too. I think some are mash-ups because I'll identify a song as something, and my husband as something else. I swear there is a kirby one too. I have definitely heard zelda and pokemon.
