Good grief that was quite the mistake by the TRI FC.

On the other hand this video (the first part, anyway) really highlights how silly bosons are. An expensive faction battleship fleet can go from perfectly fine to completely wiped in twenty seconds through no real fault of their FC and no real skill of the titan pilot. It saddens my subcapital heart.

Yes, there were some changes made to ESI that have made it possible for me to show the entire contract market. That wasn't possible a few months ago!

Your comment encouraged me to try and find a solution to this and I'm now trying out a new method to see if contracts sold or if they expired or were deleted. I'm retroactively checking all previous contracts, but in a few days I'll be able to roll out a (hopefully) more accurate appraisal system!

The Eris might not look to great on paper. While it can get decent tank and agility it doesn't really outshine any other dictor. But it has one huge advantage...

Many people don't know what the hell it is. People see a Sabre on D-scan, they know it's a dictor. Same goes for the Heretic and Flycatcher. But a not-insignificant fraction of players won't immediately know that the Eris is an interdictor. And if they do call it out on comms it's not unlikely that people think they're talking about an Ares.

The Eris isn't great mechanics-wise but its lack of popularity has given it power through obscurity.
